1. Exchange Period:

We will accept return only for an exchange within 3 days. No cash refund. All tags must be attached and clothing unworn.

2. Return Procedures:

  To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  - Contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a return authorization. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

  - Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.

  - Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization number on the package.

  - Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  - Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 3. Exchange Eligibility:

  To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging (if applicable), and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria.
